This Hand Warmer contains 2 heaters to keep hands warm in all circumstances. You can include them in your survival or first-aid kit, so you can keep warm even in cold weather without needing a fire.
To use, simply open, remove the pouch, squeeze or shake several times.
The heaters, which can be placed in your pocket or gloves, will keep you warm for up to 7 hours at a comfortable temperature of 57° to 70° maximum.

instructions for use
Ouvrir le paquet externe et enlever le sachet. Presser our secouer plusieurs fois, avec l´oxygène s´incorporant dans le contenu, celui-ci deviedra bientôt chaud. Il matiendra une température agréable entre 57 à 70°C pendant 7 heures. Jeter la chaufferette après refroidissement.
