The body warmer will then release heat up to 65°C for 24 hours. Once activated, you can use it directly on the skin or even in a sleeping bag to keep warm.
If you feel that the bag is too hot, or if you have sensitive skin that can lead to minor burns, don't hesitate to wrap it in clothing.
Its composition is safe, non-toxic and non-flammable.

Recommended shelf life is 1 to 2 years.
