Description

This recipe for beef goulash with potatoes is a hearty portion of over 500 g after rehydration, ideal for energy-demanding outdoor activities or for people with a big appetite.

This dry meal, made from freeze-dried ingredients, is prepared and enjoyed straight from the bag. Thanks to its water line, you can't go wrong with the amount of water to add.

Shelf life is 4 years after manufacture, at room temperature. So you can store this freeze-dried dish in your drawer and pull it out again when you need it, or even in an emergency.

      Probably the beef and potato goulash recipe is not perfect for freeze-drying. In the end, it turns into a kind of puree with occasional peas whose taste resembles that of goulash. I still ate it with appetite since it was hot. I might buy it again in the future even though first courses seem more suitable for freeze-drying. (Translated review)
