I tested the large portion and it's really hearty! The peas are still a little hard, as in the normal portion, but the recipe is delicious and tasty! (Translated review)
Sorry, I'll be testing this product in June during my tour of the Alps. (Translated review)
The chicken is present but the whole thing is too spicy for my standards. The portion is substantial! (Translated review)
Delicate taste (Translated review)
Very decent Thai chicken, perhaps a little too mild. (Translated review)
Consistency correct, Taste good (Translated review)
Good product (Translated review)
for a freeze-dried product, I was surprised by the product's good flavors. For the next bivouac, I'll use the same thing. (Translated review)
Very good product. There are nice little pieces of chicken, vegetables and a slightly Thai flavor, but not too overpowering either. The rice absorbs well and is quite good. As for the peas, they have more difficulty absorbing the water and remain crunchy (if you follow the time indicated on the sachet). There's a slight spiciness that enhances the dish, the salt is sufficient but I could add more (something I didn't do in the end) and the Thai flavors (coriander, ginger, coconut milk) are rather very, very discreet. In conclusion, the dish tastes good, is slightly spicy which gives it "pep" and seems to hold up well in the body. the flavors left in the mouth are very pleasant. (tested at home) Pleasantly surprised by this product, which I'll be sure to use again on my treks (ps I'm a cook, for the record). (Translated review)
