This vegetable curry is prepared and bagged by a Brittany caterer and is ready to heat up at home or in the office.
A delicious, gourmet vegetable curry. This sachet contains a single portion. There's no need for a refrigerator, thanks to the appertization process (a hot preservation process similar to that used for jars). This sachet can be stored for up to a year in your cupboard or desk drawer... So you can enjoy it anywhere: during your lunch break, at home, camping, etc.
And to enjoy it hot, nothing could be simpler. The contents can go into a microwave-safe dish or frying pan.
Alternatively, place the sachet in boiling water in a bain-marie. This vegetarian recipe is very tasty.
On the menu: carrots, butternut squash, rutabaga, potatoes, split peas, coconut milk and spiced just right with curry and turmeric (and a dash of salt).
Bon appétit!

Vegetables, yes, but mostly potatoes. The seasoning wasn't enough for my taste, it was more like a vegetable jardinière. This dish isn't bad in itself, but it didn't convince me enough to recommend it. (Translated review)
Not exceptional (Translated review)
Very tasty, a good recipe to have at home. (Translated review)
