Description

This veal blanquette is cooked with veal shoulder, button mushrooms, carrots and onions. The sauce is made with crème fraîche, thyme, bay leaf, salt and pepper (and wheat flour).

Packaged in sterilized bags, this meat in sauce can be kept for 3 years after production. Easy to store (in a cupboard, for example), this sachet can be kept at room temperature. So you can slip it into your camper van or office drawer.
