Description

This Boeuf bourguignon with potatoes is packed in a bag for one person.
It's cooked locally and artisanally by one of our caterers from Brittany. This vacuum-packed, sterilized meal is a great source of energy, with around 600 Kcal per sachet.
This recipe also includes lardons, carrots, mushrooms, onions and red wine.

- Ideal to eat at the office, if you don't have time to look for something to eat, or on your sailboat by preparing it in a bain-marie.

The dish is hearty enough for a sportsman's appetite in a marine environment. The quantity of meat in particular is well proportioned, unlike most canned products on the market. Taste and texture are very good, the only downside being that the meat is a little fatty in places (even for a bourguignon). (Translated review)
