The organic blackcurrant powder from the Lyo Powders range provides minerals and vitamins.
The 100% organic freeze-dried powder can be used to create drinks, smoothies, cakes, creams or simply to flavour your yoghurt.

Craving a blackcurrant and peanut butter smoothie? It's very simple!
You will need:
1 tablespoon of LYOFOOD blackcurrant powder,
1 teaspoon of LYOFOOD spinach powder,
250 ml of milk,
1 banana,
1 teaspoon of agave syrup,
1 tablespoon of peanut butter.

All you have to do is add all the ingredients to the blender. You need to get a liquid and homogeneous preparation.
