Description

The red fruit custard is a freeze-dried dessert to be rehydrated with 200 ml of hot water. If you don't have a stove or campfire, you can also rehydrate it with cold water. The rehydration time will just be longer.
This Expedition Foods dessert is packaged in a compact 115 g bag.
It's an ideal recipe for your independent expeditions and treks. It's also ideal for self-sufficient long-distance or trail running.

Whole milk, fresh liquid cream (milk), pastry cream powder (7%) (corn starch, color: E160b (ii), flavor), sugar, mixed fruits (9%) (blackcurrants, raspberries, blackberries).
preparation method
1. Remove the oxygen absorber (packet) inside the pouch. 2. Add 200 ml of boiling water. 3. Mix the contents and close the packet. 4. Wait 5 minutes for the food to rehydrate. (Cold water will suffice in an emergency, however, the rehydration time is much longer).
