Description
This recipe for Poulet Basquaise is typical of the Basque region. Enhanced with a hint of Espelette pepper, the chicken meat is exclusively boneless, skinless thigh meat cooked with tomato coulis, red/green peppers, onions, garlic, thyme and bay leaf.
A 350 g sachet of ready-cooked dish can be kept for up to 3 years after manufacture. You can take it with you when you go out, or store it in your cupboard or desk drawer, as it keeps at room temperature - no need for a refrigerator.
