A cassoulet prepared by a caterer from the South of France. It's easy to reheat (bain-marie, microwave, frying pan) and can be enjoyed by two if you don't have time to cook at home, or even on a boat.
Description
This is a traditional cassoulet recipe with coustellou (pork spare ribs), rind, manchon confit and Toulouse sausage. This complete ready-made meal has been prepared by our caterer in the South of France (Gers).
This bagged cassoulet has been sterilized. You can store it at room temperature for up to 3 years after the date of manufacture. A ready-made dish to be prepared in a bain-marie or in the microwave on a plate that will delight the most demanding of you. The recipe is hearty enough for two people.
