Lyo Food's Pork and Pearl Barley Stew is a freeze-dried recipe which, once rehydrated, will weigh 370 g. A 100% natural, lactose-free dish with no preservatives or additives.

What's more, before rehydration, this freeze-dried dish weighs just 83 g, so you can slip it into your rucksack without realizing it during your hike.

Pork meat 38% (cubes), pearl barley 28%, wheat flour, carrot 5%, red pepper 5%, peas 5%, parsley 5%, onion 5%, salt, rapeseed oil.
preparation method
1. Tear off the part of the sachet above the zip closure. 2. Remove the oxygen absorber sachet. 3. Add 287 ml of boiled water (approx. 1.1 glass)
- respect the fill line. 4. Mix well. 5. Close the zip closure and wait 10 minutes. 6. Reopen and mix again.
