Description

Lyo Food's Beef Stroganoff is a freeze-dried recipe with no preservatives or artificial additives. It is a dish with natural ingredients that after rehydration weighs 370 g, for an energy intake of 348 Kcal.
Enough to recharge your batteries during your outdoor activities, climbing, ski touring for example.
This meal includes little fat, only 5.7 g, for about 46 g of carbohydrates and 32 g of protein.

Ingredients: Pasta (durum wheat semolina) 39%, beef (strips) 33%, button mushrooms 7%, onion, red pepper, wheat flour, mustard (mustard seeds, vinegar, sugar, salt, spices), pickle (cucumber, garlic, dill, salt), tomato puree, rapeseed oil, salt, spices (contains celery).

Allergens: Gluten, mustard, wheat, celery.

Method of preparation: 1. Tear off the part of the bag above the zipper.2. Remove the oxygen absorbing bag.3. Add 280 ml of water (approx. 1 glass) of boiled water - respect the filling line.4. Mix well.5. Close the zipper and wait 10 minutes.6. Reopen and mix again.
