Seven OceanS Compact Survival Ration is a 500 g ration. It is a cooked mixture of wheat, fat and compressed sugar.

These ingredients are exclusively of plant origin. It is vacuum-packed in an air- and watertight aluminum pouch. The sachet is protected by a water-resistant cardboard box. Shelf life is 5 years from date of production. Instructions for use: These food rations are made up of 9 highly concentrated portions.

Eat only when hungry and NO MORE THAN six portions in any 24-hour period. Eat only one portion at a time, in small pieces, chewing thoroughly. One portion (56g) provides the equivalent of 269 Kcal.

Save drinking water: your consumption should not exceed half a liter per 24-hour period.

Never drink seawater, even mixed with drinking water.
