It's a recipe combining braised lamb shoulder, coconut milk, turmeric and spices, to be paired with the side dish of your choice (with rice, it's almost perfect!). Ideal for people who like to eat well on their sailboat, or in the evening when you don't have time to cook.
Simply reheat the sachet in a bain-marie or by self-heating with a flameless warmer or with the Barocook system (if you're at sea).
From home or your motorhome, you can also pour the contents into a microwave-safe dish or frying pan.
