This freeze-dried meal from Expedition Foods, is a good Chicken Tikka with rice.
This outdoor meal is made of chicken pieces, rice and a slightly spicy curry tikka masala sauce. A real treat that will take you on a journey from the first bite.

A dish with a high energy value of nearly 800 Kcal to travel light during your marathon in food self-sufficiency.

Ingredients: Partially cooked long grain rice (36.4%), chopped onions, tomatoes, diced cooked chicken (10.2%), simple cream (milk), rapeseed oil, Tikka Masala curry paste (3.4%) (water, vinegar, tomato paste, sunflower oil, ginger, garlic, coriander, garam masala, ground coriander, sugar, paprika, sea salt, skimmed milk powder, lemon juice concentrate, ground turmeric, ground fenugreek, ground cardamom, chilli powder, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, bay leaves, stabiliser: xanthan gum, preservative: E202), yoghurt (milk), garlic puree, corn flour, chilli powder.

Allergens: Contains milk, mustard, possible traces of nuts

Method of preparation: Remove the oxygen absorber inside the packet. Add 200ml of boiling water. Mix the contents and close the bag. Wait 5-8 minutes for the food to rehydrate. (Cold water will suffice, however the rehydration time is much longer).
