At Lyophilise & Co, we focus on freeze-dried products: from breakfast to meals, desserts and fruit... Freeze-drying is a very recent method of food preservation. To do this, the water is removed from the food by sublimation. This allows the water present in the food concerned to pass from a solid state to a gaseous state without passing through the liquid state. This technique preserves the volume, appearance and properties of the treated food. Food contains around 65-80% water, which is why freeze-dried products are much lighter.

Our store also offers freeze-dried dishes for fish, poultry, meat and even vegetarians. A wide range of freeze-dried desserts completes your energy intake and adds a sweet touch to the end of your meal.
