A very practical freeze-dried product that rehydrates well in cold water, so you can set off even lighter without the need for a stove. I only gave it 4 stars because it lacks a few vegetables and spices. (Translated review)

      Good tabbouleh. (Translated review)

Very good with its minty flavor. However, leave 15 min after adding water for proper rehydration. To be eaten in addition to a protein intake. (Translated review)

Great as an appetizer or on hot days. No need for hot water! (Translated review)

Simple and good ... or simply good! Used on the road for picnics ... unpacked and repacked empty! (Translated review)

Quick to prepare. A big plus is that no hot water is required. The sachet seals well. Once reconstituted, the product weighs 194 g. Rather spicy, even a little spicy, you can really taste the mint. Perfect for a snack ... (Translated review)

Even if it doesn't replace a "real" one, this tabbouleh deserves a place in your backpack. A highly recommendable starter. Good flavor. (Translated review)
