      Merchant's answer

German bread in a tin has a two-year shelf-life in supermarkets, but is designed for an optimal 15-year shelf-life, as indicated on the certificate that should have accompanied your purchase. We are contacting the manufacturer to clarify this information on our products. Thank you for your understanding, Team Lyo

I haven't tested the 15-year validity! Very good bread for a "canned" bread. Gustatively quite correct. Neat, easy-to-open packaging. Easy to store, the tins are stackable. (Translated review)
