MX3's aligot is prepared with mashed potatoes and fresh freeze-dried tomme. This rich dish is ideal when a high energy intake is required for intense physical effort. The portion before rehydration weighs just 210 g, making it the meal of choice for all food-independent activities. When it's time to sit down at the table on your bivouac, pull out your stove to obtain hot water and pour it directly into the sachet, then stir to hydrate your meal. After a few minutes, you'll have a comforting meal.

preparation method
Etape 1 : Ecarter la base du sachet de façon à ce qu’il ait une bonne tenue.Etape 2 : Verser progressivement la quantité d'eau dans le sachet jusqu'à la ligne de niveau indiquée (voir tableau), remuer à l'aide d'une cuillère.Etape 3 : Refermer le sachet à l’aide du zip. Laisser reposer le temps indiqué (voir tableau) pour que le plat finisse de se réhydrater.Etape 4 : Mélanger à nouveau la préparation et déguster. Bon appétit !

      It's a long, long way from a real aligot... It's little more than a lyo purée with a (good) cheese taste, and you can get almost the same thing by mixing a bag of mousline with parmesan or another very dry grated cheese and a pinch of pepper, for a tenth of the price. Having said that, it's pretty good and goes down well. Ideal for a bivouac in cool or cold weather. Be careful with the mix when you add the water, it's easy to end up with the bottom of the bag badly mixed, even when you're used to lyos. (Translated review)
