Description

These spaghetti bolognese have been cooked and then freeze-dried. In other words, the water has been removed from the food by freezing. This is the opposite of dehydration, in which the water is removed by heating. The advantages of freeze-drying are many: longer shelf life, better taste and more nutrients. Perfect for emergency situations!

To prepare, simply pour hot water directly over the food. Allow 5 to 8 minutes for rehydration, and you'll be able to enjoy a hot meal whatever the conditions.
