This 12-hour ration is specially designed to provide an energy intake of 1500 kcal, adapted to the needs of professionals on mission and private individuals in emergency situations. Each ration includes a selection of shelf-stable foods, chosen for their nutritional quality and ease of consumption:

• Main meal: Beef and vegetable stew (350 g)
• Starter: Tuna in oil (110 g)
• Energy snacks: Date and nut bar (40 g), chocolate bar (25 g), salted cookies (65 g)
• Drinks: High-protein drink (40 g), isotonic drink (18 g)
• Complementary items: Energy chewing gum (2 x 2 g), soluble coffee (2 g), black tea (2 g), sugar (8 g), salt and pepper (1 g x 2)

Practicality and autonomy

This ration has been designed for immediate, stress-free use, with robust packaging and long shelf life. The main meal can be eaten cold or heated using the flameless heater included in the kit.
