Apricot Thyme Gel is made from organically grown ingredients. With 60% fruit, agave syrup (chosen for its low glycemic index of 15) and extra-virgin olive oil, this 85 g gourd provides 154 kcal.
You can also take this apricot and thyme gel neat. In this case, the recommendation is to take 1 or 2 per hour, depending on your activity. Alternatively, it can be diluted in 500 ml of water.
