Description

The Opalo 3 is a headlamp made 100% in France by Stoots. This high-performance model is the brand's most complete outdoor range. With a power output of 1200 lumens, the Opalo 3 also features a 400-lumen SPOT mode, providing a sharp, ultra-focused beam for pointing at a specific area over 120 m away. This makes it ideal for mountaineering, gravelling and orienteering.

The Opalo 3 is powered by a cylindrical easyLock 18 battery with a capacity of 3350 mAh. This can be recharged via a USB-C cable. The light unit, which can be detached from the battery, consists of 3 lenses with white LEDs and mixes three beam widths (wide, medium and narrow). This technology, called Mixing Focus and developed by Stoots, offers high-performance illumination up to 120 m. A fourth lens controls the red LED. This serves not only as a battery charge indicator, but also as a fixed light at low power or a flashing light at high power.

Stoots has also developed the easyLock concept . All the lamp's accessories are removable, including the headband, light block holder, light block and battery. This offers a number of advantages. Firstly, multiple batteries can be provided for activities that require them. Secondly, the light unit can be attached to a variety of supports: headband (supplied), bike handlebars (sold separately), etc.
