Description

The Lunar Solo is a tent designed for hiking or bikepacking that has won numerous awards, including one at OutDoor by ISPO in 2019 or more recently the "Best Gear Award" by The Trek magazine in 2024.

These awards are due in particular to its ingenious design and featherweight. Six Moon Designs' Lunar Solo weighs in at just 740 g, while offering excellent comfort. With room for one person, it has an entrance and an apse on the side. The 2.4 m² floor space allows you to store a mattress and your equipment with ease. Finally, the height of 122 cm allows you to sit comfortably.

In terms of construction, the Lunar Solo is pyramid-shaped, with angled walls to reinforce wind resistance. The apse side is double-walled, with a mosquito net. The opposite side is single-walled to save weight. Set-up requires hiking poles and six tent pegs (sold separately). If you're hiking without poles, you can purchase a 124 cm carbon pole.
