Beef Jerky Natural, full of natural proteins
Beef jerky is naturally high in protein and low in fat. This 25 g serving provides over 14 g of protein and less than 2 g of fat. Sugar-free, Indiana Beef Jerky is ideal for drinking after a long effort, such as a marathon, during recovery. It's also appreciated during night-time sailing to keep you awake: since sugary products can cause blood sugar levels to spike, jerky ticks all the right boxes at night.

This jerky is low in salt
Unlike biltong, jerky comes from a piece of meat (in this case, beef) cut into strips. These are then marinated and dried. The chew is harder on this type of product, which combined with the protein intake, reinforces the feeling of satiety. The 25-gram portion is lower in salt than the brand's other products.
