Beef jerky is naturally high in protein and low in fat. This 90 g serving provides over 47 g of protein and less than 6 g of fat. With less than 2.2% sugars, Indiana Beef Jerky is ideal for drinking after a long effort, during recovery or as an aperitif. It's also a popular choice for night-time cruising: since sugary products can cause blood sugar levels to spike and make you feel drained, jerky is a good night-time choice.

Jerky for teething!
This jerky comes from a piece of beef cut into strips. These are then marinated and dried. The chew is harder on this type of product, and calms hunger.

Dead Sea salt
The 90-gram portion is salted to improve preservation (about minus 4 g of Dead Sea salt). A consumption to be limited if you're heavy on salt throughout the day. That said, if you're involved in sporting activities, the presence of salt means you'll need to drink water, which is a plus for those who tend to forget to hydrate, and allows you to recover some of the salt lost through perspiration.
