Description

Prepared from European beef in Germany, Jack Link's biltong is made according to traditional South African methods.
In fact, to obtain the meat's softness, the whole piece of beef is marinated, then dried and cut into thin strips. This "ready-to-eat" snack is naturally high in protein (50% of the nutritional value), with no added sugar and low in fat (10%).
