Quinoa blanc 33%, lentilles vertes précuites 20%, crème de LAIT en poudre, flocons de SEIGLE 11%, oignon, tomate 6%, protéines de pois, lin jaune, farine de BLE malté, sel, cumin 0,1%, poivre, antioxydant: extrait naturel de romarin.
preparation method
A poêler après réhydratation. Ajouter 225 ml d'eau bouillante (respecter la ligne d'eau n°5), bien mélanger, fermer la fermeture zip et attendre 5 à 8 minutes, rouvrir et déguster. Une fois réhydraté, vous pouvez réaliser une galette à poêler.
