Maison Magrada offers you its Original Dried Beef with Camargue salt and organic spices.

Handcrafted
Like Biltong or Beef Jerky, Maison Magrada's Ariege beef has its own "Original" version. However, the production process differs from that of the Americans and South Africans, as it is the whole piece of meat that is processed. Located in Ariège, France, Maison Magrada takes the time to work its meat with Camargue salt and organic spices. No preservatives, colorants or dirty nitrates. The Ariège beef is matured for 3 months, then dried for a further 3 months to concentrate the flavors. So much patience to obtain this exceptional snack that will be devoured in a flash.

Beef in your pocket, ready to devour
Packaged in a 30g vacuum-packed sachet, NHAC Bœuf d'Ariège Original can be kept at room temperature for several months. It's rich in protein, making it an ideal ally for trekking and post-exercise recovery. That said, you don't have to be a top sportsman to devour NHAC, which will make a fine aperitif.
