Description

Maison Magrada offers you its Camargue salt-smoked beef jerky, smoked over oak, with old Corbières Grenache wine for your hikes or aperitifs.

Artisanal production
The beef comes from Ariège, so you're guaranteed quality dried meat made with natural ingredients. Located in Ariège, Maison Magrada takes the time to pamper the beef. Unlike beef jerky and biltong, it is the whole piece of meat that is processed. It is matured for 3 months, then cured for a further 3 months to concentrate the flavors.
