Description

Marie de Livinhac (MDL) has prepared this recipe from the repertoire of Basque cuisine. The beef is French and Bleu-Blanc-Cœur certified. It's prepared with rice, herbs and a touch of Espelette pepper, of course. There's no need for a cooking pot to enjoy this recipe, which is packaged in a sachet that contains a portion to take on the trail.

Preparing MDL's Beef and Rice Axoa
To ensure that the sachet remains upright, simply open and pull apart the bottom. Rehydration takes 8 to 10 minutes after adding hot water. Stir with a spork and enjoy your meal. A nice 390g portion to keep you cool!

Riz long blanc précuit 47%, viande égrénée de boeuf cuite lyophilisée 20% (viande bovine française BBC (100%), tomate en poudre 12%, poudre d'huile de tournesol 10% (Huile de tournesol, sirop de glucose, protéine de lait), oignon poudre et morceau, poivron rouge 3%, paprika, sel, arôme naturel (céleri), ail, piment d'Espelette et laurier.
preparation method
Ouvrir l'encoche, ajouter 250 ml d'eau bouillante, bien mélanger. Refermer avec le zip et attendre 8 à 10 minutes minutes avant de déguster.
