Description

Prepared in Aveyron by the Marie de Livinhac company, this nomadic meal is packaged in sachets and corresponds to a meal for one person. A must-have recipe for hikers.

Ready in minutes
Watch in hand, the meal takes just ten minutes to prepare. Simply open the sachet using the notches on either side. Once the zip is open and the bottom unfolded, the meal stands upright to facilitate the addition of boiling water. After mixing well, rehydration takes between 8 and 10 minutes (depending on water temperature). Finally, one last turn of the spork to mix the mince... and voila!

Pommes de terre déshydratées 54,8% (pommes de terre origine France), viande égrénée de boeuf cuite lyophilisée 15,8%, poudre de lait entier 16,2%, poudre d'huile de tournesol 7,5% (huile de tournesol, sirop de glucose, protéine de lait), extrait de levure, oignon, sel, ail persil et poivre.
preparation method
Ouvrir l'encoche, ajouter 350 ml d'eau bouillante, bien mélanger. Refermer avec le zip et attendre 8 à 10 minutes avant de déguster.
