Description

The pistachio and chia seed bar from Spanish brand 226ers has a pleasant texture thanks to the main ingredient, which is nothing other than rolled oats that are therefore gluten-free. Rich in antioxidants and beta-glucans that regulate blood sugar levels and play a prebiotic role, this bar also has a good supply of carbohydrates, proteins, lipids, fiber and minerals.

Mainly composed of oat flakes, dates, pistachios, chia seeds (which are a great source of vitamins, minerals, fiber and omega 3 fatty acids), sesame and extra virgin olive oil (which provides healthy fats), this energy bar is sweetened with rice syrup for better nutrient assimilation.
