After a more or less intensive effort, it's important to recover as soon as possible to better assimilate the training and perform at 100% the next day. 226ers Strawberry Recovery Drink helps replenish glycogen stores with quality carbohydrates, and helps your muscles to be protected and rebuilt after exercise with proteins and amino acids.

With 20 to 25 g of protein per serving, Recovery Drink provides over 40% of high-quality protein from Grass Fed whey protein concentrate, and contains less than 2 g of sugar so as not to interfere with nutrient assimilation. Guaranteed gluten-free, this drink also contains :

- Creatine: suppresses the acidity produced by muscle cell metabolism, helping to fight fatigue more effectively
- Cultivated flax: provides a high content of omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants, vitamins and fibre
