The cardamom energy bar from Norwegian brand Moonvalley is spicy and ideal for regaining energy before, during or after intensive exercise. For the uninitiated, cardamom is a plant native to Southeast Asia, and its dried fruit is powdered and used in cooking to add flavor to dishes.Founded in 2018, the Moonvalley brand has its roots in the Nordic countries. Producing organic plant-based bars, 3 founders had the idea of creating a brand that provides healthy, nutritious snacks for athletes and the most indulgent of gourmands.
