Designed and developed with top athletes, Näak's energy drink mix provides all the carbohydrates, proteins and electrolytes your body needs to perform at its best during sports sessions. All you need to do is add two spoonfuls to your water, shake and then drink your drink during your efforts. In 250-calorie liquid form, you'll have enough to (re)refuel your body in a healthy way.

Speaking more specifically of nutritional values, this sachet is made up of 55 g of simple and complex natural carbohydrates, giving you energy for longer while avoiding blood sugar problems. The mix also contains 650 mg of electrolytes to replenish minerals lost in sweat and prevent cramps, while the 8 g of protein will help combat muscle fatigue. Finally, the drink also contains 1,300mg of BCAAs (Branch Chain Amino Acids), which are essential for improved muscle resistance. With all this, you'll be in great shape for your ultra-trail sessions or running races.

Finally, this drink has less sugar than other energy mixes, and is non-GMO and plant-based.
