Fill up on nutrients: inside this bar, 7g of protein to stave off muscle fatigue and cut hunger, a 4:1 ratio of carbohydrates and protein for long-lasting energy, 180 mg of electrolytes for optimal hydration to replenish minerals lost through sweat, and 190 calories for 45 minutes of intense effort.
As well as not giving you an upset stomach, the bar is chewy but also crunchy, so you can enjoy it without breaking your teeth.
