Authentic Energy Gel Fluid has been designed to provide a fast, long-lasting source of energy during your training sessions and competitions. Its composition was highlighted by Nicolas Aubineau, sports dietician-nutritionist and partner of Lyophilise & Co, in his comparison of energy gels. Authentic Nutrition's energy gel received the highest "Quality" score (17/20). Gone are the days of single-serving gels, replaced by eco-responsible bottles. To consume it, simply pour the desired quantity into a vial (see our models 37 ml and 60 ml). One of the advantages of the vial is that it's resealable. You won't have to finish your gel, unlike with conventional packaging. One bottle contains 300 ml, which represents around 12 servings of 25 ml. The French brand recommends consuming one portion every 30 to 45 minutes, followed by a sip of water.
