Description

DDM : 02/2024 - Potatoes with smoked ham and porcini mushrooms is a freeze-dried dish prepared by French brand Voyager. Cheese and button mushrooms add flavor to a tasty, nutrient-rich dish. A 375 g portion after rehydration provides over 500 kcal. Perfect for regaining strength after a day's hiking or mountaineering!

As for preparation, everything is indicated on the sachet. Simply pour in the hot water up to line 6. Once you've finished your meal, you can incinerate the sachet in your wood fire. If you're cooking with gas, the sachet can also be used as a waste garbage can.

Pomme de terre 50%, huile de tournesol oléique, jambon fumé lyophilisé 8% (jambon de porc, sel, dextrose, rômes naturels, saccharose, conservateur E250, antioxydant E316, stabilisant E451), pruneaux 6%, cèpes séchés 4%, amidon, sirop de glucose, oignon, protéines de lait, sel, ail, amidon de riz, persil 0.2%, poivre.
preparation method
Ajouter 250 ml d'eau bouillante (respecter la ligne d'eau n°6), bien mélanger, fermer la fermeture zip et attendre 5 à 8 minutes, rouvrir et déguster.
