The Black Diamond Astro 300 headlamp is a must-have for all your outdoor activities. Whether you're bivouacking, hiking, bushcrafting or out at sea, this headlamp will light your way at nightfall.
Rated at 300 lumens, it can see up to 55 m. This headlamp will appeal to fans of minimalism.
The Astro 300 has just the essentials: three lighting modes (near, medium and far) and a lock mode to prevent it from accidentally lighting up in the backpack.
It's quick and easy to use.
Supplied with 3 AAA batteries, the Black Diamond Astro 300 can also be operated with the same brand's BD 1500 Li-ion rechargeable battery. The latter is sold separately.
Autonomy is rated at 4 hours in full power mode and up to 140 hours in minimum power mode.

Reasonably priced and reliable-looking headlamp. 3 AAA batteries and 3 simple functions for high-performance brightness at 300 lumens max. It's stored in the car's glove compartment in anticipation ... (for me, the advantage of this type of lamp is that it can be used both as a headlamp, to keep your hands free, and as a hand-held lamp, or hung on a support, a branch or on the ground ....).
