Description

Maurten Drink Mix 320 Caf 100 is a carbohydrate-rich drink developed using hydrogel technology. By adding water to the solution, you obtain a drink. The acidity of the stomach creates a hydrogel which traps the sugars, allowing them to be rapidly transported to the intestine.
This is the first advantage of hydrogel: easy digestion and no intestinal problems. Once in the intestines, sugars are released and absorbed in large quantities. This is the second advantage of hydrogel. Where conventional drinks can absorb 60g of carbohydrates per hour, hydrogel drinks can absorb up to 90g per hour. Perfect for giving yourself a boost during a long effort!
Drink Mix 320 Caf 100 also contains caffeine. Although not essential for sport, it can improve alertness and attention.
It also reduces the body's perception of exertion. It is therefore beneficial for sporting performance.
