Drink Mix 160 energy drink is based on hydrogel technology. According to a group of independent scientists* who compared drinks based on Hydrogel technology with traditional drinks, they concluded that the Hydrogel drink reduces the risk of intestinal problems during running, and considerably improves running performance and carbohydrate absorption.
