Let's start with a few words about the brand. 4ultra is a French sports nutrition brand that creates salty-tasting energy purées.

The aim is simple: to avoid the saturation of sugary snacks that are abundant on the market.

To create its gourds, 4ultra uses 100% French vegetables (such as the beet in this recipe) from organic farming. The recipes are vegan, gluten-free, with no additives, colorants or preservatives. It's healthy and 100% natural.

For this beetroot-flavored puree, you won't find a long list of ingredients.

It consists solely of beet purée, balsamic vinegar, sesame oil, salt and pepper. The purée is smooth to facilitate digestion. It also saves you the trouble of chewing the food. Even in puréed form, beet has a low glycemic index, helping to avoid blood sugar spikes and feelings of hunger.

Finally, beet is rich in vitamin B9 and a source of manganese and potassium.
