4ultra's chickpea puree is an original snack that proves to be a good alternative to sugary sports nutrition. Rich in fiber, it is not recommended for intense exercise, whether trail running, cycling or swimming. However, its protein content makes it an ideal post-exercise snack. It is also highly appreciated for low-intensity activities such as hiking or bivouacking.
Its savory recipe, based on 100% natural, organic ingredients, will delight your taste buds. You'll avoid the saturation of sweet foods while enjoying the benefits of chickpeas, reputed to promote satiety and intestinal transit. This puree can be eaten directly as a compote or spread on bread. The purée has been spiced up with ginger (rich in manganese and a source of potassium) and espelette pepper for a surprising blend of flavors.
The gourd is resealable, making it easy to take in several portions. Once empty, it can be recycled. Take it to an organic store participating in the COLLECTBIO program, and it will be recycled into garden furniture or other objects.
