But how do you know how quickly you can recharge your batteries? For a cell phone, for example, the battery generally varies between 4 and 5 amps (i.e. 4000 or 5000 mAh). The two USB ports on the Fusion Flex 18 Watts solar panel allow you to charge 2.7 amps per device if you're using just one, or 1.3 amps if you're charging two items at once. This means you can expect to charge a phone in the sun for around 1 hour, and two devices simultaneously for 2 hours.

However, we advise you to avoid charging your devices directly from the Fusion Flex 18. It's better to charge your external battery using the solar panel, then charge your phone or other object using your battery.
